Eyewear Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality of the eyewear we supply. All eyewear purchased from Eye-Online is covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty, subject to inspection and assessment.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in frames, including but not limited to:

  • Faulty hinges or solder points

  • Structural defects in the frame material

  • Manufacturing flaws that affect normal use

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item with the same or a comparable product

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact

  • Improper use or handling

  • Exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or water

  • Scratches to lenses

  • Adjustments made by third parties

  • Loss or theft

Prescription accuracy, lens choice errors, or buyer’s remorse are also excluded unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Inspection & Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. Products must be returned to us for assessment before any repair or replacement can be approved. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping to Eye-Online is the customer’s responsibility

  • If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue

  2. Include clear photographs where possible

  3. Await instructions before returning the product

Unauthorized returns may be declined.
